Description:
•This position is responsible for functions on projects of moderate to high complexity by working with business partners within multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
•Eliciting, documenting, and refining business requirements for the IT organization
•Serving as a liaison across multiple facets of the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
•Leveraging an informed knowledge of business areas to identify and/or resolve problems on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Business Analytics experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Business Analyst experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience.
•2 Years Data Analytics Experience or Analytics and Reporting
•Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping
•Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
•Business acumen.
•Project management skills
•Requirements definition and management.
•Scrum Master Training
•Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
•Possess ability to manage workload and manage multiple priorities, as applicable.
•Strong written and verbal communications
Preferred Job Qualifications:
•Familiarity with Healthcare systems
•bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Information Technology
•Business process management and modeling
•Experience working in Healthcare industry (minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst)
•Experience working with data and/or claims projects
•Led user requirement sessions with business stakeholders
