Duration: 3 Months Contract to Hire
Job Description:
- An amazing opportunity at an Agile infrastructure team, you are responsible for the engineering of transitioning from a Cisco to Microsoft Teams Voice Infrastructure.
- This will be revolutionizing from the ground up how it works daily; the end goal will be to collaborate on any device, anywhere, with anyone - both internal and external.
- Automation will be a requirement in all facets of this endeavor.
- Provides forward thinking solutions that drive both infrastructure and business solutions in a highly available and highly regulated environment.
Work Experience:
- 5+ Years’ Experience implementing Teams Voice/Meeting environments using innovative and automated solutions.
- In depth knowledge of related infrastructure technologies and landscape (hardware, software, network, security, etc.)
- Demonstrated strong presentation and communication skills and the capability to address and interact with individuals or groups at varying levels of the organization.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies a plus
Required Tools/Software Experience:
In a Microsoft E5/E3 licensed environment, able to provide subject matter expertise around Automation, Configuration, Optimization and Quality of the following using 365 Identity, Mobility, and Security:
- Teams Voice - Cloud, On Premise, and Hybrid Solutions
- Microsoft Teams with Smart Room Integration
- Live Events
- Meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology required.
- Microsoft Certifications a plus
- Must be well organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize and multi-task in high-pressure situations
- Able to work independently with strong interest on current planning techniques and technologies
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Create and Maintain Documentation both internally and customer facing
- Exceptional at troubleshooting, thinking out of the box
