- Participates in all aspects of quarterly/annual SEC filings, including coordinating the completion of, and/or, drafting MD&A sections, footnote disclosures, and other required disclosures (i.e., business section for the 10-K), including work paper compilation and tie-out; completing GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists; documenting disclosure considerations in memos; integrating comments provided by colleagues and interacting with business leaders to ensure accurate filings.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; 4+ years of experience in Public Accounting, SEC Reporting, or Technical Accounting; Wdesk application experience
- 6+ years of experience in Public Accounting, SEC Reporting, or Technical Accounting; Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
