Schedule: Hybrid; onsite 3 days per week
Tenure: 9 months+
Responsibilities:

Coordinates project implementations.

Collects, prioritizes, and communicates requirements relative to the architectures, processes, business flows, and strategies while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Drives process improvements in processes and procedures.

Partners with internal stakeholders, external partners, and other suppliers to deliver on project timelines and business requirements.

Reviews business and financial requirements against process design and system specifications.

Identifies trends in performance indicators and mitigates risk and issues that arise.

Reviews test strategies, plans, and cases related to business requirements.

Assists with tracking performance indicators throughout each project.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or other related field 4+ years of experience in project management, finance, operations, or related field.

Good communication skills.
-
Project Management experience.
-
Ideal candidate would have experience in BlueWorks Live or Process Flow mapping skills.
