Job Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
- Define scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.
- organize and lead project status and working meetings at their product area level.
- prepare and distribute progress reports for the product areas.
- Manage, track and raise the risks and issues for their respective product area.
- perform delivery planning for assigned product area.
- Assist in product area while holding teams accountable for their commitments. removing roadblocks to their work.
- Experience overseeing multi-function product families.
- Track their issues and risks and highlight proactively to Program level APM.
- Define and manage a well-defined project management process and implement best practices for Agile Project Management
- Good Hands-on experience in using appropriate tools:
- Agile Project Management tools such as Jira.
- Microsoft Sharepoints, Miro and all office tools
- Work closely with Product area teams and Snr Managers/Scrum masters.
- Responsible for their product area’s deliverable and challenges.
- Product area reporting
- Highlight their risks and dependencies proactively for their product area.
- Run Daily stand-up with all Product Area PO’s.
- Create JIRA dashboard and roadmap for their Product Area & maintain
- Support the Product area for their Agile process.
- What are challenges, blockers, dependencies on product team wise?
- Should be responsible for overall program execution and timelines.
- Remove the interdependencies within Payment Services.
Required:
