Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be our Sr. Data Technical Analyst with strong technical and communication skills for our Customer Data Platform (CDP) End-to-End (E2E) testing team.
This role requires both business and technical experience working with various applications, Data, Integrations, Product teams and Global Market partners. CDP E2E team plays vital role to bridge the gap between Digital and Data systems with E2E integrated testing support to deliver required data to our business partners for marketing so this role is crucial in our Customer domain.
Responsibilities:
• Work with Scrum Master for daily scrum, review day to day team task/s, track status, issues, and resolution
• Maintain the team Kanban board, project tickets, individual assignments and address any issues
• Maintain Teams channel, Confluence page, artifacts, and knowledge repository with day-to-day updates
• Clear understanding of the business requirements, design specifications, data mapping, ERDs, and Test Cases
• Ensure the team and individuals have clear requirements without ambiguity when creating test case scenarios
• Review test cases, data validations and testing results for quality deliverables to minimize Production incidents
• Work with internal Data product team/s, upstream Digital and downstream marketing systems for E2E data flow
• Coordinate testing with market leads, system integration leads, deployment initiative managers, release managers, Market/s, Digital and Data product teams
• Identify and manage necessary infrastructure and environments for the required integration and testing needs
• Identify / review issues in various applications and troubleshoot to ensure seamless E2E data flow between systems in integrated environment
• Ensure content and structure of all testing artifacts are documented and maintained for traceability in JIRA, and Confluence
• Manage onshore/offshore, weekday/weekend testing schedule and priorities to align with market deployments
• Monitor communications, E2E testing tickets, and prepare report for weekly status of testing work streams
• Document and manage issues to resolution, regardless of the system and team involved
• Manage automated testing workstreams, review new requirements and add test cases for continuous integration and continuous testing (CICT)
• Coordinate with stakeholders from Markets, various team leads, products and identify issues/resolution in timely manner to prevent unnecessary escalations.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Information Systems
• 7-10 years of experience as Technical Analyst, Developer or QA Engineering
• 3+ years of SQL experience on large complex data sets, Datawarehouse, ETL, reporting and analytics
• Good knowledge of client or similar QSR business model, digital, non-digital and E-commerce applications
• Experienced in working with business, release management and market leads for testing scope, schedule and planning for new initiatives, requirements, and test case deliverables
• Good knowledge with customer facing applications such as native app, web, integration layers, database, event transactions, log data, message queueing, storage, and processing
• Experience with N-tier architecture, Client/Server, Pub/Sub and distributed micro architecture services
• Good knowledge of big data ETL tools, API tools, data processing for both real time and batch feeds
• Familiarity with Git, Code Commit, Jenkins, Java, Python, Linux, AWS services, load testing and automation tools
• Good knowledge of various data generation sources such as Mobile, Web, POS, Kiosk and data format such as JSON, SOAP, Parquet, XML, CSV.
• Experienced working with enterprise architects, data architects, DBAs, developers, and test engineers for issues, troubleshoot and resolution in multiple integrated application environment
• Thorough knowledge of customer journey from account registration flow to order transactions, offer redemptions, loyalty program, mobile ordering, and payment systems
• Good knowledge of legal compliance when working with Markets such as GDPR, CCPA, PCI and HIPPA
• Experienced working in fast paced iterative environment, agile methodology, tools, and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, team player, strong leadership, and communication skills
• Certified with AWS Cloud Practitioner or higher certifications.
Desired Skills:
• Professional agile certification, experienced with Agile methodology and Scrum
• AWS certification in Solution Architect Associate or higher certifications
• Ability to interact with customers at a variety of levels and across functions, collaborate and navigate complex decision making
• Experienced working with and managing large managed services partner with onshore and offshore resources
• Experienced with Java, Python, UI development, Data Development, Linux, Git, Jenkins, AWS services, and automation tools.
