Job Description

Scrum Master- Financial

#MS – 8520

Location: Richardson, TX (onsite for first 90 days, then hybrid)

Duration: 6 months contract to hire

Responsibilities:

5+ years of Agile delivery experience / recent hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
Additional experience working on software development projects in a financial organization is highly preferred
Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified or Professional Scrum Trainer (CST, PST)
Experience with Infrastructure teams with an understanding of development and quality disciplines.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar as a tool to assist scrum team efficiency
Proficient in agile/scrum development methodology
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Knowledge of the Banking industry/ Financial sector highly preferable
Ability to work in a complex and changing environment, finding ways to add value daily
Knowledge and experience with various banking systems, such as, client onboarding systems, Wire Processing, ACH/Payments and Deposit Operating systems highly preferable
