Receptionist

Location: Dallas, TX (Downtown – McKinney Ave) AND Richardson, TX
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire
Start date: ASAP
Pay: $17/hr
Responsibilities:
- Phone support which includes answering, screening and routing calls
- Accepting and signing for mail and courier deliveries
- Maintaining daily calendars
- Creating and updating excel spreadsheets, presentations and special projects as necessary.
- Maintaining and updating reports
- Administrative duties, such as copy, filing and mail distribution
- Maintain package room and monitor of office supply levels
- Provide support to other team members
- Maintain mail log and monitor outgoing mail
Qualifications:
- 3 years (or so) of receptionist/switchboard experience in a corporate environment
- Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
- General familiarity with banking products would be helpful (not required)
- Detail oriented, Multitasker with a positive attitude.
- Microsoft Office experience
- Accurate typing of at least 40 WPM
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
